Bumblepuppy has another West Side Appleton Estate Sale this Friday and Saturday!   The address is 1130 West Taylor Street in Appleton and, according to Janel Bedor-Griffiths, owner of Bumblepuppy Sales, “There are many vintage finds, as well as some newer modern furniture.  Treasures in every nook and cranny!”  The house is in a great location and is a very clean home.  The link below will take you directly to the gallery of items for sale!

Oshkosh Estate Sale October 13-14
Details are forthcoming in next week’s issue about an Oshkosh Estate Sale (address to be announced).  What can be told is that it is a clean and tidy condo with nice, quality home furniture and decor.  Solid wood bedroom set, a dining room set, and like-new furniture at great values.

Two other online auctions are now active!  The first is in Wautoma, running through October 8…plus there’s now an online auction in Seneca (near Berlin, WI) which is slated to continue taking bids until October 9.

John Morrow, who played with the 1964 NFL Champion Cleveland Browns as part of a stellar career, has an online auction filled with items from his estate coming up on the Bumblepuppy calendar.  Bumblepuppy owner Janel Bedor-Griffiths commented recently:
“Former NFL player John Morrow has moved and we are selling the contents of his estate in Sherwood. It’s a full house with treasures in every room. Literally something for everyone. We also have some signed items and a game ball from the 1960’s. This is a large sale which we will be working on the next few weeks!”

NEW STORE ONLINE AUCTION HAS 14 FIREARM LOTS; BPS AUCTION MANAGER OFFERS PERSPECTIVE FOR BIDDERS
“Great ideas and opportunities for high profit margins for any gun collectors.”
The current Bumblepuppy Store Consignment Online Auction started this past Monday, and will continue to accept bids until 8pm on Wednesday, October 4th.  Bidders may access this online auction directly by clicking HERE!  A notable aspect of this online auction is a total of fourteen firearms lots, the largest number collectively for Bumblepuppy Sales to date.  This GUNS ONLY link allows for a specified focus on these lots, according to Cody, the Online Auction Manager for Bumblepuppy Sales.
Once the auction closes, there are two subsequent days, Thursday, October 5 and Friday, October 6, which are open for winning bidders to make payment at the Bumblepuppy store at 621 N. Westhill Blvd. in Appleton between 10am and 6pm both days.  “These days and times are for payment to be made on each of the lots only,” Cody said.  “Once payment is received, the bidders receive the contact information for the firearm to be picked up in North Appleton from our Federal Firearms Licence (FFL) Dealer.”
FFL Dealers Require Registration Fees & Background Check
“Arrangements can be made directly with the FFL dealer for an alternate pickup day and time,” Cody continues.  “With an FFL dealer, bidders are working directly with someone who has been authorized by the government to sell and/or repair guns.  Registration fees may vary between each particular lot, and the bidder must pass a background check.”

Cody notes that if firearms are one of your collecting interests, this auction is worth the time to view.  “This is big.  Some of the most sought-after guns, like the Winchester repeater, which is the kind from the old Western films, looks great, and it’s from the 1890s,”  Cody said.  “Some of these guns just need a little TLC.  There are some great ideas and opportunities for high profit margins for any gun collectors.”

The lots range from parts guns and display pieces to fully-operative firearms. From pistols to rifles, revolvers to replicas, shotguns and more.  “Right now is a good time to bid,” Cody says.  “There is plenty of profit margin currently; some of these guns can command thousand dollar prices.  But remember… you should place a bid only if you can pay for the bidding cost at Bumblepuppy on Friday and Saturday, October 5th and 6th, and remember, that is the total separate from any fees and registration costs when working with the FFL dealer.”

Jacob Ault Assumes New Role

Regular shoppers at Bumblepuppy Sales’ store at 621 N. Westhill Blvd. in Appleton have seen Jacob Ault in a variety of positions, each vital to the overall success of the company. Recently Jacob accepted the Store Manager position, much to the delight of those told of the news at the checkout.
After a few weeks of being closed to realign some of the merchandise and displays, Bumblepuppy reopened on Wednesday, September 20 to an eager crowd waiting outside.  Please join the rest of the Bumblepuppy staff in congratulating Jacob on this promotion.
The familiar face of Mary will still be found checking out and assisting customers with the start of each new week at Bumblepuppy Sales.  Stop in for a surprising value on something you love and say hello while you see what’s new!

Bumblepuppy started the latest Online Auction for Appleton Store Consignment on September 19, which continues through Wednesday 9/27 at 7pm.  There’s also a current auction on www.buzzworthyauctions.com for items in Weyauwega, which accepts bids through Sunday, October 1st at 8pm.
